The springs are arranged in rows, with each row connected to the next, creating a network of support that conforms to your body's shape. *Please note that mattress comes in a vacuum packed packaging and requires 24 hours to fully expanded and shaped. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for refunds or exchange for pillows, quilts, toppers, mattress protectors and mattresses unless they are faulty or not as ordered.
