These terms explain the conditions for using this website and purchasing from Kamprad's Oikos 1943.
Products, pricing and GST
We aim to keep product information, images, availability and pricing accurate. Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may update products, prices, promotions or availability without notice.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. Orders are subject to acceptance, payment verification and stock availability. If an item is unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide with tracking after dispatch. Metro areas are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch, while regional and remote areas may take up to 10 business days. Delivery options and any applicable costs are shown at checkout.
Returns, faults and warranty
Eligible change-of-mind return requests can be made within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and original packaging. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled under Australian Consumer Law. See our Return Policy for details before returning an item.
Website use and content
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or use our content, images or branding without permission. Product images and descriptions are provided to help customers choose suitable products, but colours and finishes may vary slightly between screens and production batches.
