Return Policy

We want your order to arrive safely and match what you purchased. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct return process.

Change-of-mind returns

Eligible change-of-mind return requests can be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled where applicable, in original condition and returned in their original packaging with all parts, manuals and accessories included.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect. Approved change-of-mind returns may be subject to any supplier or restocking charges that apply to the product.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. We will assess the issue and help arrange the appropriate remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

How to request a return

Email support@kampradsoikos1943.com.au with your order number, reason for return and photos where relevant. Do not return an item until our team has confirmed the return instructions.
