Kamprad's Oikos 1943 Payment Terms
1. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for purchases made in our Outlet store:

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via Shopify’s encrypted payment gateway.

Once your order is placed, payment will be processed immediately. Your order will be queued for fulfillment once payment has been confirmed.

If payment is declined or not authorised by your financial institution, your order will not be processed, and you will be notified.
3. Payment Delays

Payment processing via Shopify can take up to 3 to 5 business days, depending on your selected payment method and your bank’s processing time.

Orders will only be processed and fulfilled once payment has been successfully received. We do not reserve stock for pending orders, so items may sell out between the time of purchase and payment confirmation.
4. Refunds
- We reserve the right to cancel an order prior to dispatch due to stock unavailability or other reasonable circumstances. If an order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days.
- If there is an issue with your payment or order, please contact us within 30 days for assistance, and we will process a refund within 7 days.
5. Security
- We use Shopify's encrypted payment gateway and security certificates to protect your payment details.
- While we take reasonable steps to safeguard your personal and payment details, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any transaction, and you provide your information at your own risk.
